National Card Making Weekend!

Project DONE!

Ok, so I didn't make cards (maybe tonite, who knows?) HOWEVER I did have a major project to get done, and am glad to report that it is...DONE!

You may remember last year I made these white paper bag albums for my friend Tracey's daughter and her soccer team buddies...then I made those cute baseball trading card type albums for her son's teammates...

Well, back to soccer time!
I wanted something with a "round theme" like a soccer ball (get it?) and what else would be perfect than CTMH's Circle Albums?!

So here is the "in the box album" before and the finished one back in the box waiting for the girls pictures (come on, Tracey, get that camera/computer issue figured out, k?)

The papers used were blush, black and daisy white, ink used was mostly black Stazon.
Alpha set on the cover is the new Friendship (small).
I had to use some contraband like soccer ball brads, ribbon and soccer related papers.

The round border is the cover with the chipboard element page punched out. The girls' picture will be peeking through, and of course they are all personalized.



On the blank white pages will be the individual photos of each girl...11 of them!
The backsides are the decorated pages.
This one has the decorator flower element painted black. It comes with the other chipboard pieces included with the circle album.

Once I get a picture of Camryn (and with her mom's ok) I'll post hers all finished.

My Creations Display Album-Family Fun

Close To My Heart has this darling mini album that sits on a desk, mantel or is a great item to hold embellishments, too!

Another new supervisor at work...the tradition continues that even though I make them a mini album, they have to add the pictures (whether they know how to SB or not!)

I used our new Game On papers from CTMH...and a lot of assorted CTMH sets for the inspiration sayings.

More Disney Fun!

Ya think there might be a theme here lately with the Disney themed items, eh?
I really did make this over a year ago...however, it's worthy to be here as well.

Need a Giggle or Grin?

I saw this album at a local SB store but was too cheap to take the $45 class.
Made simply with a cut up box. The "ears" are just circles of said cut up box covered with CTMH Black Textured Cardstock
Cover and back cover is covered with CTMH Giggles n Grin papers...
And of course bound with my BIA.

De-Stresser Kit Coaster Box

I've got a TON of coasters and saw this idear on another blog...so I threw this together for our new Sup at work...
Yea...ANOTHER new Sup!
I still think that they keep coming on board just to get an exclusive "Terri Howard" gift...
ok..maybe not!

Anyhoot..ingredients inside are a bunch of products from the home version of Bath and Body.
It's stuff we have tons of and well...let's just say I don't like smelling like fruit all the time.
Now if it was Aromatherapy from Bath and Body there would not be any I would give away-er, share!
So I wrapped some containers with the Life's Delight kit from CTMH and of course the Bella stamp just went so well with the theme...

Someone said I should update my blog....Hmmm? Must be someone who visits regularly, but doesn't respond much.
Well, ok then! I can take a hint.

I am not much for New Years' resolutions...never have been, never will be. Maybe cause the last resolution I made was NOT to make any more resolutions, eh?!

I will say that I will attempt to update things here more often. But hear me now....that's NOT a resolution, k?

Alot of bloggers promise to post an idea per day, or a "word" for the day...something of that nature. Uh huh. Nope. Not gonna happen here!

Anyhoot! Hope my lovies all had a marvy holiday season and fan-tab-U-loso New Year!
The Sacramento area had the storm of the century, and we "weathered" ok...just lost a few shingles, downspouts, etc. Not bad.

I have a "juel" of a friend in Washington..
her being a "Citrus Sister", me being a Cricut fiend...well, let's just say we're both a fan of GREEN!
I love what she surprised with today...my first (and I hope not the last) hand-made gift from the heart this Holiday Season!
